Shipping policy
All of our orders are processed from printful.com.
Printful offers flat rate shipping that's based on location and product category. The rate is the same regardless of which facility fulfills the order. Printful also offers standard and express shipping options.
The cost of shipping is added to the fulfillment price. Printful charges the customer for the cost of fulfilling the product and shipping it directly to them.
Printful delivers to most places in the world. However, they can't guarantee delivery to post office boxes.
Customers may need to pay customs fees depending on the order destination and fulfillment location.
Customers must submit claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items within 30 days of receiving the product. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Printful covers claims that are their error.
Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
If a shipment is returned to Printful due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
